With us, you'll find more than just an apartment: you'll find a place that feels familiar and cozy. Located on the edge of the village, you'll enjoy absolute peace and quiet while we lovingly take care of making your holiday as beautiful as possible.

Despite the tranquility, you'll quickly reach your destination: the Zillertal Arena ski and hiking paradise is only a 5-minute drive away.

180 lifts are available to winter sports enthusiasts in the Zillertal. Skiers and snowboarders can expect pure fun on 544 kilometers of slopes.

The Zillertal has a total of over 1,400 kilometers of marked hiking trails, covering various difficulty levels and themes.

Your stay is completed by the magnificent panoramic view of the mountains and the illuminated villages of Zell am Ziller and Mayrhofen—our unique "Panorama Mountain View" that makes our house special.

Winter Amenities, In our cozy 'Stube' (lounge/common room) there is a ski room with special racks for skis and snowboards. A boot dryer ensures your ski boots, hiking boots, or gloves are dry, warm, and hygienic overnight.

Summer Amenities, Behind our house, there is a covered area where you can safely park your bicycles, especially e-bikes, and easily recharge them thanks to the available power outlets.

Very spacious apartment, modernly furnished, and exceptionally clean. Great price. The ski bus stops 60 m from the house only 2 times in the morning, but that's no problem, because all ski areas can be reached quickly by car. We would be happy to come back...
