General information
We charge the prices for all apartments based on season, occupancy rates, duration of stay, number of children, and number of adults. You can find current prices under "prices and availabilities".

Included in the price are towels (1 set per person), bed linens, dish towels, and tabs for the dishwasher.

Final cleaning - summer

Pets allowed only in summer and upon request.
The visitor's tax is € 1.80 per person (for those 15 and older, according to the guidelines of the TVB Zell - Gerlos); not included in the apartment price.
Extra set of towels: 1 large & 1 small towel: € 5
Cancellation conditions
It's always aggravating when you can't go on a long-awaited vacation. This is also bothersome for other guests who would have like to come instead.
Cancellations are valid only in writing. Reservations fees are fixed and will not be refunded with a cancellation.
3 months prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 40%, 30 to 8 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the entire amount of the booked stay.
7 days or less prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee of the entire amount.
